Episode #38: Podcast Show Notes

Introduction

Is it possible to meet the same performance standards as conventional plastic while not harming the environment? I mean no toxic residue, microplastics, or other pollutants.

This is the challenge that TIPA – a multi-awarded company – is taking up while making compostable flexible single-use packaging!

The aim of their packaging is to have the same end-of-life as organic material.

In this episode, Mark Camner makes you discover

  • why TIPA is focusing on two main segments: food and fashion industries that are organic, premium, and luxury;

  • why they care so much about relocalization of the whole Value Chain, including production;

  • and how they accompany transition with a certified plug-and-play solution in North America and Europe.

Like me, you will certainly find it interesting how Mark combines pragmatism and storytelling to talk about the new generation of single-use packaging.

Podcast music

Special thanks to Joachim Regout who made the jingle. Have a look at his work here.

I am happy to bring a sample of our strong bonds on these sound waves. Since I was a child, he made me discover a wide range of music of all kinds. I am also delighted he is a nature lover and shares the Look4Loops 'out of the box philosophy'. He is an inspiring source of creativity for me.
